Derecho de desistimiento
You may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This page sets out how, by when, who pays for what, and the two situations where the right is limited.
The period
The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days. It starts on the day you, or a third party you nominated other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in several parcels, it starts on the day the last one arrives.
If we had failed to tell you about this right
Where a trader does not inform the consumer of the right of withdrawal, the period is extended by twelve months. This page, the conditions of sale and the checkout page all carry the information, so the standard 14 days applies.
How to withdraw
Tell us before the period expires. An unambiguous statement is enough — an email quoting your order reference will do. You may also use the statutory model form below, but you are not obliged to.

To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your communication before the period ends. We will acknowledge it without delay.

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. It reproduces the model form annexed to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

Returning the goods and who pays
Send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing. You bear the direct cost of returning them. We do not charge a restocking fee and we do not deduct anything for normal handling.
You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Trying a cap on to check the fit is exactly that; wearing it for a month is not.
Refunds
We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. Where you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard option, we refund the standard cost rather than the premium.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you supply evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier.
Refunds go back by the same means you used to pay, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fee from us for the refund.
Returning part of a multipack
You may withdraw from part of a set. We refund the returned pieces at their single price and recover the set discount in proportion to the number of pieces you keep.
Worked example — Cap 3-Pack
- The set contains 3 × Cap Cotton Vented and costs USD 68.00.
- Bought one at a time those 3 pieces would cost USD 78.00, so the set discount is USD 10.00 — that is USD 3.33 per piece.
- You return one piece and keep two. We refund its single price of USD 26.00 less its USD 3.33 share of the discount, so you receive USD 22.67.
- If you return all 3, the whole USD 68.00 comes back with nothing deducted.
Where the right does not apply
Sweatbands, once opened and worn
Sweatbands sit against the skin. Once the seal is opened and the item has been worn, the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies to it. This is the sealed-goods hygiene exception in Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. It affects the terry sweatband (E-03), the wide sweatband (E-04) and the sweatband five-pack (F-06), and it is stated on each of those product pages, in the cart and again at checkout.
Unopened and unworn, those items return within 14 days like anything else.
Nothing in our catalogue is made to your specification or personalised, so the custom-goods exception does not arise: every piece is a stock item in a stock colour.
This is separate from the guarantee
Withdrawal is a no-reason right that lasts 14 days. The statutory guarantee is a separate, longer right that covers goods which do not conform to the contract, and it runs for 3 years. Using one does not affect the other. See the guarantee page.
