Capline is the commercial name of GORRAS BEIRETS SL. The seller of record for every order is GORRAS BEIRETS SL.

Soft headwear for sport and everyday use: 42 pieces across six lines — baseball caps, lightweight running caps, bucket hats, cycling caps and an under-helmet liner, visors and terry sweatbands, plus multipacks of those pieces.

Each product page states the piece's weight in grams, brim length in centimetres, ventilation hole count, dry time where we have measured it, fibre composition in Spanish and English, available colours, the adjustment mechanism with its span in centimetres, the head circumference range it fits, whether it folds, and care instructions. Weight ranges from 26 to 108 grams across the catalogue.

Photographs are representative. Colour reproduces differently on different screens, and the woven and knitted fabrics we use vary slightly between production runs.

Dry times are our own measurements under one stated set of conditions, published so that pieces can be ranked against each other. They are not a performance promise. We make no moisture-management, cooling or temperature-regulation claims.

Every price on this site is in US Dollars (USD). You are charged in USD. There is no currency switcher on this site: the figure you read on a product page is the figure you are charged, and it is charged in US Dollars wherever in the world you are. Your bank may apply its own conversion or a foreign-transaction fee, which is a matter between you and your bank.

Prices range from USD 16.00 to USD 152.00. Prices include Spanish VAT (IVA) at the standard rate of 21% where it applies. Where Spanish IVA applies to a sale, it is included in the displayed price and is not added afterwards.

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, customs charges and local taxes may be levied by the destination country. Those are the buyer's responsibility, are not collected by us, and are not included in the price or the shipping fee shown at checkout.

The total payable — goods plus shipping — is shown in full on the checkout page before you place the order. No charge appears afterwards that was not shown there.

Standard shipping is USD 9.00 and is free on orders over USD 69.00. The threshold is applied to the value of the goods before shipping and is stated in the cart as you approach it. Destinations, carriers and typical transit times are on the shipping and returns page.

Any promotion we run states its conditions, its start and its end wherever it appears. A first-order code, when offered, applies once per customer, cannot be combined with a set price, and its exact terms are shown next to it at the point you would use it.

Multipack prices are structural, not promotional. A three-pack has always cost less than three singles. Because that price is permanent rather than a reduction from an earlier one, we show no struck-through figure against it; we show the cost of the same contents bought one at a time instead. Where we ever do show a former price, it will be the lowest price we actually applied in the 30 days before, as required by the price-indication rules.

We do not run countdown timers, and we do not claim scarcity we cannot substantiate from real stock.

1. You add pieces to the cart and open the checkout page.
2. You complete your name, email, telephone and full delivery address, and tick the two confirmations. The order button stays disabled until all of that is valid.
3. You place the order. We record it and issue you a reference beginning CAP-.
4. We send a secure payment link to the email address you gave, within 1 business day. No card details are ever entered on this site.
5. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order after payment has been completed. Until then you may cancel at no cost by replying to us with the reference.

We may decline an order where the item is out of stock, where the delivery address is one we cannot ship to, or where an obvious pricing error has occurred. If we decline after payment, we refund in full.

Payment is completed on the secure hosted page of our payment provider. Card details are entered there and are never transmitted to, processed by or stored on our servers, and we never hold a full card number. The provider handles card data under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.

This site is served over HTTPS throughout, including every page on which you enter personal data. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. The descriptor that appears on your statement identifies Capline; if you do not recognise a charge, contact us before raising a dispute and we will identify it for you.

We dispatch in 1 – 2 business days. Transit times by destination are listed on the shipping page. In no case will delivery exceed 30 days from the conclusion of the contract, which is the statutory limit where no other period has been agreed.

If we miss that limit you may ask us to deliver within an additional reasonable period, and if we fail to do so you may terminate the contract and receive a full refund without delay.

Risk passes to you when you, or a carrier you appointed yourself rather than one we proposed, take physical possession of the goods.

You have 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party you nominated takes physical possession of the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. Hygiene exclusion. Sweatbands sit against the skin. Once the seal is opened and the item has been worn, the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies to it. This applies to the terry sweatbands (E-03, E-04) and to the sweatband multipack (F-06), and it is stated on each of those product pages and again in the cart.

New goods carry 3 years of conformity cover under Spanish law, which is longer than the two-year European minimum. For the first 2 years any lack of conformity that appears is presumed to have existed at delivery, and it is for us to prove otherwise. Remedies run in order: repair or replacement first, then a price reduction or termination of the contract. We also hold spare parts and support available for 10 years from the end of production. Beyond that, three routes are open to you:

• Junta Arbitral de Consumo. The Spanish consumer arbitration system, free to the consumer and binding on both parties. We are willing to submit disputes arising from these conditions to it.
• European ODR platform. The European Commission maintains an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our address for that purpose is support@gorrasbeirets.shop.

We sell to consumers only, not for resale. We supply blanks and provide no printing, embroidery or personalisation, and we will not apply or reproduce any third-party name, emblem or registered mark.

Some destinations are outside our carriers' network or subject to trade restrictions; the current list of destinations we ship to is on the shipping page, and an order to a destination we cannot lawfully or practically serve will be refunded in full rather than held.

Orders may only be placed by a person aged 18 or over. Where goods are bought for a minor, the adult placing the order is the contracting party.

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Nothing in them deprives you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your own country of residence, and nothing in them excludes your right as a consumer to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.

If any clause is held invalid, the rest remains in force. We may amend these conditions; the version applicable to your order is the one published when you placed it, and this page states the date it was last reviewed.
